Peter K. Leslie Owner/Licensed Funeral Director

Peter started working in a funeral home setting at a very young age cleaning after services, helping move flowers, and observing his superiors. Peter graduated from Bishop Timon/ St. Jude High School, completed his general studies at Erie Community College and Trocaire College, then moved onto completing the program at Simmons School of Mortuary Science in Syracuse, NY. Graduating in 1978, he served his apprenticeship locally, and contributes most of his practices today to what he learned during this time.

In 1982, as a licensed funeral director, Peter opened his first funeral home in the Old First Ward of Buffalo, NY. Peter served the families of this community for over thirty years, and in the process successfully bought Sieck, Mast & Leslie Funeral Home in West Seneca, NY to give families an alternative location.

In addition to owning the funeral homes, Peter opened Buffalo Niagara Cremation Service in 2002 in order to more adequately serve those families looking specifically for cremation services.

Peter prides himself in the fact that his businesses are completely family owned and operated. Peter, his wife, and daughter answer their phones, complete all of the paperwork, and meet with client families themselves, making sure to keep funeral arrangements and services a very personal interaction.
